Our Return Policy
The hardware on this site is a part of our bargain basement. As a part of the bargain basement, all products have been either deemed discontinued, defected, refurbished or simply didn’t meet our standards in the production line. All orders are sold as is and no returns are available.
Not all products suffer from the same cosmetic blemishes. Some are perfectly fine and suffer from little to no defects. They have simply been discontinued. Regardless, if you have any questions about any of the product, we will be more than happy to answer and let you know exactly what the product has; whether it be a scratch, dent or finish imperfection.

Horton Brasses does not sell, share, or otherwise supply any information about you to anyone; period. The only information gathered from any contact with our customers is information necessary to accurately deliver orders, and serve the customer. All orders are shipped promptly. Most are shipped within 24 hours. All hardware is in stock at all times and we are proud of our speedy shipping. Free shipping is available for all orders placed via USPS Priority Mail.
